Dondies House, Ardnamurchan

Dondies House – Argyll Holiday Cottage

Portuairk, Ardnamurchan

Rate Band D – Saturday Arrival – Sleeps 2

Dondies is a really lovely, modern conversion of an old byre.  It’s situated in the hamlet of Portuairk right on the western tip of Ardnamurchan, Argyll and offers panoramic views over the Small Isles and Skye. From the comfort of your living room you can look through the patio doors across to the white sandy beaches at Sanna and beyond.  And it’s only a short, five minute walk to Portuairk’s own beautiful beaches, inlets and coves.

Dondies is a well equipped and well presented gem of a holiday property.  There is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a cosy multi-fuel stove to keep you warm on cooler evenings. There is also a lovely double bedroom and practical shower room to wash off the sand at the end of a busy day on the beach. It’s ideal accommodation in Argyll for a getaway for two.
