About the Area

Mainland Britain's most westerly point, Ardnamurchan is reached by a slow and incredibly beautiful wooded road, running with every changing views along Loch Sunart to the lighthouse.
Protected by its remoteness, this unique ecology hosts many rare plants, birds and animals, including otters, eagles, pine martens, wildcats, whales and sea-eagles.

Sanna Beach, an ideal family retreat that is peaceful, unhurried and friendly. Miles of clean white

sandy beaches and coves, with spectacular sea views to the Western Isles.

The area offers opportunities for the fisherman, angler, birdwatcher, diver, yachtsman, photographer and hill walker, and a true haven for those that just want to relax and enjoy the "peace and tranquillity".
